Our Finance Investment provides investors with a competitive interest rate on cash investments secured against property. The interest rates vary from 0.5%-1.75% per calender month and are based on six or twelve month loan agreements.
In essence, we offer a loan agreement secured against equity in our property portfolio. The agreement is legalised and 'charged' against property by an independent solicitor. Monthly interest payments are issued during the period of the loan. Upon maturity, the loan is reimbursed in its entirety.
