Each development opportunity normally comprises of a consortium of investors taking a direct equity stake in a property development project.

A typical example is the eighteen apartment development scheme in Latvia, Riga, where IKOS Investments invests 76k together with six property investors, who each invest 50k and a private company that invests 231k. With this we meet the 30% cash requirement of 607k and obtain bank funding for the remaining 70% (£1.41m) and undertake the project with the assistance of a full professional team.
