» Residential and Commercial Investments – These are investment properties that have been negotiated and agreed by our team and available to purchase as 'Ready Made Deals'. These are essentially packaged deals with 'built-in' equity.
» Finance Investment - We offer financial investments based on a cash on cash return at 0.5%-1.5% per calender month. Our finance investments are secured against property.
» Development Projects – We partner with investors and undertake development projects within the UK and overseas. We essentially build equity and provide a cash return to investment partners that invest with us in our Property Development Investments.
